Introduction of Synergon Retail Systems Ltd.
According to the result of a decision made by the Board of Directors at Synergon
Information Systems Plc., the current Retail Unit will be transitioned into an
independent subsidiary company, named Synergon Retail Systems Trading and Service
Co. Ltd., having 40 million HUF as capital stock, owned by 100% of Synergon Information
Systems Plc. The new affiliate has been registered by Hungarian Court of Registry
at the 19th of February, and has started its operation at the 2nd of April, 2007.
The transitioning of the retail IT competence into a separate company will result
improved quality of the customer service and makes it possible to implement the
latest innovative technologies into the company’s portfolio. Beyond this, the
decision shows the high commitment of Synergon to enhance market presence with
retail IT products and services considering it as a strategic approach of the
company.
The new operational model ensures enhanced flexibility and high quality services
towards our customers. We express our strong intention, that our human oriented
organizational structure will further improve the operational efficiency, which
will be widely recognized by our kind partners.
