In the past 15 years, Róbert Litauszki was top executive of several well-known business companies of multinational background, in addition to gathering experiences in the field of group level corporate governance and process planning as Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development of the Pipelife Group. The Board of Directors expects the new CEO to improve the operative processes, to coordinate and implement a potent, growth-oriented corporate strategy striving to exploit new business directions, and to enhance the market positioning of Synergon.

Synergon Information Systems Plc. is convinced that the development of the company will regain speed—through the increasingly effective utilisation of professional competences— with the lead of the new CEO.

As known, Synergon Group produced an operating income of 78 million HUF beside its sales revenue of 3,831 million HUF in the first quarter of 2010. The Company balanced out weaker sales revenue results and the drop of contribution by a 22% moderation of operating costs.

‘In the first stage of my activity as CEO, I will concentrate on measures—affecting internal work-flows predominantly—that are distinctively important from the point of view of implementing the growth strategy of the Company. On the basis of the analysis of market prospects and existing competences, Synergon has pinpointed the chief areas of focus of its corporate strategy that are going to enjoy priority in the next three years. I am convinced that in these fields—including transportation, energy, environment protection, e-justice and defense—Synergon will be capable of further dynamic development. Expertise, experiences gained from previous collaborations and the partnership network of our company provide a strong background for this process. My goal is to construct structural and operative frames indispensable for the realisation of corporate goals, building on my leadership experience and the expertise of the entire team and the current management at Synergon, especially that of Szabolcs Vida, managing director of Synergon System Integrator Ltd.—who has been member of the Board of Directors of Synergon Information Systems Plc. since 26 April 2010. Another goal is to specify the steps that enable Synergon to remain a value-creating key player on the information technology market’—explained Róbert Litauszki at the press conference.

Until taking over the CEO position, Róbert Litauszki as member of the Board of Directors of Synergon will participate in the management and the relationship building activity of the Company, in addition to drawing up the operative work plan.
