Filling Station Information Systems

The task of the filling station accounting system is to seamlessly serve the demand of the big variety of the sophisticated duties of a general filling station and beyond that to provide customised solution according to the business model used, and the company culture requests. Among others, as a minimum, it shall provide the proper handling of the fuel items in any conditions, while offering huge selection of the POS functions to deal with shop products for the customers, demanding more than fuel on a petroleum retail site.

The fuel pumps are controlled through the cash registers. The system is suitable for controlling of other elements required for the operation of the filling stations, such as tank level gauging, car wash, vending machines, totem poles, third party systems, etc.. The cash register transactions are processed by a back office computer, keeping stock accounting, taking the inventory of the shop articles. The back office computer transfers data to the oil company central system.

System design and continuous update is built into the features of the main product. Having tiny changes requested, which does NOT affect the source code (custom reports, parameter settings, other configuration issues) is included in the base price of the system.

Having more sophisticated changes requested, the initial consulting to analyze the related customer requirements is included in the base price of the system.

Optional services available for extra charges:

Our hotline service is available for our customers for 24 hours a day during 365 days. Should any fault bringing the operation of the filling stations in danger, our colleagues solve the problem within 4 hours or less (depends on the agreed SLA) throughout the territory of the country. 

Training of new operators is continuously provided by us.

Operators may learn to use the program in our company's training room using a training system. In case of opening of a new filling station we render training and operation support on site in order to provide undisturbed operation. We provide complete fiscal approval and homologization procedures for third party systems as well.
