System Design
We measure the customer needs and after the auditing the existing system interface
opportunities we design the best configuration that fulfil the tasks.
Implementation
We deliver and install the designed system elements. After installing the system
we run the necessary tests together with our partner(s) (retail system, bank centre,
communication system)
Training
During handover the ready system we offer different level of trainee for those
who will have direct contact with our system during their daily work. (Cashier,
maintenance manager, etc.)
Help Desk, Maintenance, Service
After handover the system we ensure a full support on our system to our partners
from the telephone help desk to the on-site support all around in Hungary and
the region.
